My review is totally negative for the following reasons: 1) the item never arrived 2) I received just vague answers about what happened 3) it's from the end of August that I have been promised a refund that never arrived because their customer service (in the person of Biju or Sandy) answers always late (after several emails and tickets) saying that they are going to send a refund and they apologise for the delay and ask for my Paypal Account and the order data that I sent one hundred times 4) when I make them notice that I have already sent them (order number, Paypal account etc.) but I send them anyway again and ask if it's not what they need, well let me know what they need, what I have to do, they don't answer for another couple of weeks and now this has gone on for almost 5 MONTHS! So I complain because I didn't receive the item and they perfectly know it, because it's not possible to have a normal communication with their customer service and because I have still not received my refund. I also sent at least thirty requests of money from my Paypal Account including order number and date it was placed, reasons for the refund and Paypal Transaction ID but they go on with their dishonest and unclear behaviour and they should be ashamed of treating their customers like this and of keeping money for something it was never delivered (they perfectly know it and admitted it!) while deciding not to answer on purpose, not to explain things and, basically, deciding to make fun of their own customers.
