Not one of the best sites for Cashback percentage, but Play.com is one of the best sites out there.

Their site is easy to use, a simple design thats easy on the eye and won't wear out your mouse. They are usually one of the cheapest for DVD's and post in-stock items quickly (pre-orders have always reached me the Saturday before the official release date). Out-of-stock items can sometimes take a while, but they have never failed to source the item/s and get them to me... So far! (some sites simply cancel the order?).

The cashback for me, has never failed to track and has (to date), always been there within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of purchase.

They have a no quibble returns policy that is straight forward with no hassles (unlike some sites), just tell them it's on it's way back, why your sending it back and then post it.. The replacement has always been posted to me in good time.

The only reason I won't give them 5/5 is due to their sales! I've never seen a DVD in any of their sales that is cheaper then it was the day before the sale (in my personal experience). It seems to me, they use it purely as a marketing ploy and I disagree with that.

For a good solid all round service and good prices, you can certainly do a whole lot worse then Play.com.
